Mojo Studios operates by Appointment Only. We schedule our appointments based upon each client's individual session. You see, each of our Sessions is custom. It is based upon the individual and what we are photographing and the location(s) for the session. We schedule the Session appointment at the optimum time to give us the best possible results.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday.
We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Those days are reserved for our family.
Where are you located?
We are located in Davidson, NC, but we service the entire Lake Norman and Charlotte Metro areas. For your convenience, our consultation appointments are scheduled at either your location or via Zoom. Our photo session locations vary based upon each client's unique session needs.
What is your pricing?
When you choose to work with Mojo Studios, you are investing in unique, personalized art capturing a moment in time.
The investment amounts for our Session Experiences is listed in our Sessions overview. For all sessions, we include retouched and polished digital art. For our YOLO and Influencer Sessions, we also include one of our Premium Luxury Photo Albums and well as discounted pricing on other photo products.
In addition, we offer an extensive collection of premium photography products to display your custom art on an a la carte basis. Our consultants will help you select the perfect pieces for displaying your artwork.

Do you require a deposit?
We require a deposit equal to 20% of the Session Investment amount. This deposit is due upon booking and reserving a date on our calendar. The deposit will be applied toward your order. Once the session has been completed, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is also non-refundable for cancellations that occur less than two days prior to your scheduled session.

What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?
We know things come up. You may need to reschedule your session. You are allowed to reschedule to a different open date up to twice. provided you contact us more than two (2) days before your scheduled session. A third reschedule will be considered a last-minute cancellation and your deposit with be forfeit.
Please note this does NOT apply to the following situations:
Rescheduling because of illness - COVID or any other. If you are ill, we ask you to reschedule even if it is the morning of your session. We don't want you sick for your photos!
Rescheduling because of weather issues - please review our FAQ regarding bad weather.
If you choose to cancel - rather than reschedule - your session. We will refund your deposit provided that your cancellation is more than two (2) days before your scheduled session.
What happens if the weather is bad the day of my session?
After we make plans for a wonderful photo session, sometimes Mother Nature has something else in mind on the day of the session. We closely monitor the weather forecast from multiple sources in the days approaching a photo session. If it looks like weather may impact your session, we will be contacting you to discuss it.
There are two situations in which we may reschedule your session because of weather. The first situation is rain. If it appears highly probable it will rain during your photo session, we will recommend rescheduling. Unless you want the wet look and wet clothing and hair, we don't photograph in the rain. Our photographic equipment doesn't like the rain either! The second situation, is wind. Higher winds (>15mph) play havoc with hair and clothing. Hair we all understand. Wind also presses clothing against the body often making it look unnatural. It is appears likely wind will be excessive, we will recommend rescheduling.
We will be talking with your frequently before your session if weather may put your scheduled session at risk. If rescheduling is necessary, we will reschedule to the next open date on our calendar that works for you.
